In our organization we believe in gender equality, this is why we have decided to give women more opportunity than they have ever received. Communal farming is the most preferred means of food production in Nigeria. We believe that women should also be given a fair advantage in Nigeria, since they have been marginalized the most when it comes to having opportunities. Gender equality fosters peace and also gives everyone equal opportunity.
This is a meeting we had with our potential female farmers, discussing their farm challenges and how we can help. They came up with very good suggestions and as a company we have decided to source farm inputs and give to the willing ones so as to increase their already existing production rate.
